What this site collects, and where it goes.
This page describes what the Sage & Atlas Resource Development Studio website actually does with information today. It is written in plain language and will be updated if anything about the site changes.
Last reviewed: October 2026
The short version
- The site has no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
- The site does not set cookies or store anything in your browser.
- Fonts, images, and code are all served from this site. Pages do not load anything from third-party services such as Google Fonts, social media, video, or map embeds.
- The only information you actively send is what you type into the contact form.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify. As with any website, when your browser requests a page, Netlify’s servers receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request, in order to deliver and protect the site. Netlify handles that information under its own privacy statement.
Sage & Atlas has not turned on Netlify’s optional analytics product and does not use these server records to identify or profile visitors.
Pages are served over HTTPS, which encrypts the connection between your browser and the site.
The contact form
The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms. When you submit it, these fields are stored:
- Name
- Email address
- Inquiry type (the option you choose from the list)
- Message
Netlify also records the IP address and browser information (user agent) from which the form was sent, along with the date and time.
Submissions are stored in the site’s Netlify account, where they can be read by the site owner. When a submission passes Netlify’s spam screening, Netlify also sends a copy of it by email to the Sage & Atlas inbox, a Gmail account provided by Google, so a copy of your message is also held there under Google’s own privacy policy. Submissions are used only to read and reply to your message. This site has no mailing list or newsletter, so your details are not added to one.
Spam filtering. Netlify automatically screens form submissions for spam using Akismet, a third-party spam-detection service, so submission details may be checked by that service. The form also includes a hidden field that people never see, which helps catch automated spam.
How long submissions are kept. No automatic deletion is set up. A submission stays in the Netlify account, and its email copy stays in the inbox, until each is deleted. If you would like a message you sent to be deleted, say so through the contact form.
Please keep sensitive details out of the form
Please avoid including sensitive personal, medical, or trauma-related details in this form. This is a general inquiry channel, not a crisis service or confidential clinical relationship.
Sage & Atlas offers educational resources, professional learning, consulting, and resource development. It does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, crisis, legal, or medical services. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Links to other sites
If you follow a link to another website, that site’s own privacy practices apply.
Changes
If the site adds anything that changes what is collected, such as a shop link, a newsletter, or analytics, this page will be updated to say so.
